All of our services include everything your dog needs to be happy, safe, and comfortable. We provide toys, blankets, beds, water and food dishes, lots of exercise and attention, and free field trips for those dogs that qualify. We feed dogs according to their normal schedule, although we ask you to bring your dog's regular food in order to avoid any digestive problems from a change in diet.

Daycare - If you simply don't want to leave your dog home alone all day, then daycare is for you.  Dogs may be dropped off anytime after 8AM (earlier dropoffs can be made with prior arrangement) and must be picked up by 5:30 PM. We can also arrange transportation to and from the Farm for an additional fee (see below). 

Daycare rates - $20 per day per dog.  10% discount for multiple dogs from the same household. Pickups after 5:30 PM are charged the extended daycare rate described next.

"Going off-island" special (extended daycare) - If you plan to go off island for the day and don't expect to be back until later, then our "Going off-island" special is for you. This is an extended day daycare to allow you to catch a later ferry. Dogs may be dropped off anytime after 8AM (earlier dropoffs can be made with prior arrangement) and must be picked up by 9PM. We can also arrange transportation to the Farm for an additional fee (see below). 

"Going off-island" rates - $30 per day per dog, 10% discount for multiple dogs from the same household. There is a $10 per 15 minutes late charge for pickups after 9PM.

Overnights - If you will be out of town and want to let your dog run and play all day, and then sleep like a log at night, then overnight stays at the Farm are for you. We have limited space for boarding guests, who sleep overnight in the heated play room. Since we have limited boarding space, we provide boarding only as a service to our regular daycare customers. Dogs must be dropped off by 1PM so that they can acclimate themselves to the Farm environment, and picked up by 12PM on your return date. A daycare charge (either regular or extended day daycare depending on time of pickup) will apply to pickups after 12PM. We can also arrange transportation to and from the Farm for an additional fee (see below). 

Overnight rates - $40 per day per dog, 10% discount for multiple dogs from the same household

Transportation service - We can pick up your dog each day while you are gone and bring him or her to the Farm for a full day of fun, or bring him or her back to your home for the night, or both. Typically we will pick dogs up between 7AM and 8AM, and return them between 5 and 6PM. This service is available on Whidbey Island south of Greenbank Farm.

Cancellation policy -  In most cases we are very flexible and do not charge for cancellation of a reservation. However, if you cancel a reservation on a day that we are at capacity and thus have had to turn down a request from another client, we then charge for the cancelled reservation.
